Click to download the Design Submission Application so you can send this to the LEM for approval.
Submit Application
Click to email your design submission to the Larkview Encumbrance Manager (LEM) for approval. This link will open an Email to add your key documents.
Follow up on your application
Once your design submission is complete you should hear from the LEM within 10 days, should you require an update on your application. Please email them via the link below.
