Stage 02

Planning is underway for works to commence on this stage. Stay tuned for future updates.

Construction has now commenced! Topsoil has been stripped, and works are underway to move the earth in line with proposed levels. If required, clean fill material (soil) will be added to the site to raise the level of the stage or excess material removed to create your lot.

Following the completion of earthworks, sewer pipes are installed below ground. These pipes will connect each lot to the wider sewerage network and carry wastewater away from your future home.

Stormwater pipes and drainage pits are installed throughout the stage. This system will collect rainwater from roads and lots and direct it safely into the wider stormwater network.

Essential services are installed underground, including water, electricity and telecommunications. These services will provide the connections required for your future home.

Kerbs and channels are constructed along the road edges to define the streets and safely direct stormwater into the drainage system. This step helps shape the road network throughout the stage.

Road works have begun, along with the construction of the footpath. Once these works are complete, final grading will occur on your lots, along with finishing touches such as streetlights and road signs.

Construction works are now complete on site, and the practical completion inspection has taken place. Authority inspections and approvals are being conducted to ensure the subdivision is delivered in line with the approved design plans, to obtain Statement of Compliance. We will notify you as soon as access is available for valuation.

The Land Division Certificate has been received and the new, separate titles for lots have been issued.

Titles have now been registered, and following settlement, the land is yours and ready for you to build your dream home on!
